Activities including, but not limited to, spamming, phishing, distribution of malware, copyrighted content without authorization, or hosting illegal material are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we detect any misuse or violation of our policies.

4. Payments & Billing

All hosting services are provided on a prepaid basis unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for timely payment to avoid suspension or termination of services. Prices and offers are subject to change at our sole discretion. Renewal rates may vary from the initial purchase price. Payments once made are generally non-refundable unless covered under our refund/credit policy.

5. Refund & Cancellation

MyTrueHost.in offers refunds only as per the specific refund policies mentioned on our website. No refund will be provided in cases of service abuse, policy violation, or termination initiated due to illegal activities. Customers may cancel services by submitting a cancellation request from their client area before the next billing cycle.

6. Resource Usage

Shared hosting accounts are intended for hosting standard websites and related content. Excessive use of CPU, RAM, disk space, or bandwidth that negatively impacts other users may result in service suspension or upgrade requirements. We do not permit using shared hosting accounts solely for file storage, backups, or media distribution.

7. Data Backup & Security

Customers are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of their data. We we may provide backup services as an additional feature, we do not guarantee full data recovery in case of hardware/software failure. MyTrueHost.in is not liable for any loss of files, data, or business interruptions.

8. Domain Registration & Renewal

Domain registrations are subject to availability and policies of respective domain registries. Customers are responsible for renewing their domains before expiry. Failure to renew may result in loss of domain ownership. MyTrueHost.in is not responsible for domain loss, cancellation, or any interruptions caused due to non-payment or late payment.

9. Limitation of Liability

MyTrueHost.in shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services during the last billing cycle.

10. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services with or without prior notice if you breach our Terms of Service or engage in activities that may harm our infrastructure, reputation, or other customers. Any data associated with terminated accounts may be deleted permanently without recovery.

11. Indemnification
